Shipping Policy 

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. 

Once your package has shipped from us, you will receive a tracking number. The courier is responsible for handling. Please address any transit concerns involving your package using the tracking number provided in your shipment email.

If your item(s) are damaged during shipping, please send a photo to [email protected], along with your tracking number and we will do our best to remedy any issues.

For Shipping within the US:

Our fastest shipping timeframe is 2-3 business days for expedited shipping, or 5-8 business day shipping for standard shipping. Shipping costs are subject to change due to shipping destination. Business days are Monday-Saturday, not including national/federal holidays.

For International Shipping:

We offer 10-16 business days for international shipping. Shipping costs are subject to shipping destination. 

How is my shipping cost calculated?

Your shipping cost is calculated based on your shipping address, the shipping method chosen, and the weight and size of your order at checkout. 

What are the extra duties and taxes for when I purchase from outside of the US?

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These costs will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are recipient's responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
