Are your products handmade?

Absolutely! Our products are hand crafted to perfection. We also formulate our own products.

Does any of your products contain allergens?

Although we strive to refrain from using products that can irritate the skin, it would be best to patch test first. If you happen to have an adverse reaction to any of our products, stop using the product(s) immediately. 

We focus on both new and ancient ways to improve skin health for all. We refrain from using ingredients that can be carcinogenic, cause hormone imbalance, or any other metabolic disruptions. We also refrain from adding harmful synthetic ingredients such as: parabens, formaldehyde generating chemicals, or non-naturally occurring synthetic ingredients such as retinoids. 

What couriers do you use for shipping?

The following couriers that we partner with are: USPS and UPS.

Do you make your products using colorants?

We absolutely do, but with natural ingredients of course (clays, herbs, natural juices, etc.). We do not use any dyes or unnatural colorants in our products. We significantly consider our customers' skin health when formulating our products.

Do you add mica to your products?

Mica poses many risks. It contains toxic metals such as aluminum which has been linked to cancer development. Also, mica contains metals that are dangerous for our Crafters such as titanium dioxide and others. Not only do we care for our customers, we also care for those who make the products that our customers love.
