We take great pride in our products, but we also value our customer's satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. 

We accept returns of unopened/untampered with products within 15 days of your purchase (including weekend days). For sanitary purposes, we do not accept returns on opened/tampered with products. However, we understand your satisfaction is important and will offer store credit if you are unsatisfied with your opened/tampered with/used product(s).

Instructions for Return

1. Email [email protected] with your return request with the following information:

a. Contact information (name, phone number, email, address).

b. Photo of item

c. Receipt/order number.

d. Reason for return.

2. Obtain return authorization from a courier of your choice (we do not cover return shipping costs).

3. Once we receive your returned item, we will begin the refund process.
